This book gave me major anxiety - in a good way.
The climate crisis is so hard to look at head-on because it's so large and seems so unsolvable. This book breaks it down into almost micro crises so that it's evident what small shifts cause bigger chain reactions.
This is definitely a well-written and digestible book for nonfiction genre lovers and nature lovers. The chapters sort of read as their own stories, but together they paint a bigger picture.
Being non-fiction and science heavy, it may not be for everyone and definitely took me a lot of picking up and putting down before I finished it.
This is well-researched and easy to follow and anyone interested in learning more about the climate crisis should pick it up.
